8880 Financial Information System for CA

The Department of Finance, the State Treasurer's Office, the State Controller's Office, and the Department of General Services have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding to collaborate in a historic partnership to serve the best interest of the state and its citizens. These four departments are known as the Partner Agencies. This partnership will optimize the business management of the state, successfully design, develop, implement, utilize, and maintain an integrated financial management system, as approved in the Financial Information System for California (FI$Cal) Special Project Report and further defined in legislation.
